You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of the contracts and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI for the sole purpose of providing analysis results to you. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tier: 1 contract review and 3 follow-up questions per month, with advertisements.
Pro plan: Paid monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
Teams plan: Paid monthly or annually, includes multi-user access.
Pay-per-use: One-time credit packs that never expire.
All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@askyourcontractai.com. Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once consumed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality on AskYourContractAI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskYourContractAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated analysis.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or security reasons. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
